    *LPN-LTC Needed in David City ,NE**Contract : 13 weeks**shift : 12hrs Days

    *Gross weekly :$1620*Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients while adhering to all medical protocols and standards.


    Duties:

    • Administer medications, including oral, topical, and intravenous routes
    • Perform routine procedures such as wound care, catheter care, and tube feedings
    • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
    • Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures
    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records
    • Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
    • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment

    Requirements:

    • Valid LPN license in NE or compact
    • Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD9 coding, and medication administration
    • Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred
    • Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Epic experience is a plus)
    • Ability to phlebotomize and perform basic laboratory tests
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
