- Provides direct, on-site management and administration of facilities and evaluates established programs and administrative procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Participates in the development, establishment, and implementation of operational policies related to eligibility, admission, length of stay, behavior standards for guests, cleanliness and state of repair of the facilities.
- Participates in resolving a variety of Fisher House problems by assembling facts, evaluating information, and drafting reports and answers to correspondence. Helps develop and update informational bulletins, brochures, and resident packets.
- Assists the Fisher House Manager in the recording and disseminating of information to guests and interested parties. Under the Fisher House Manager's direction, implements new procedures, regulations and guidelines concerning house operations.
- Participates in coordinating and supervising volunteers and contract employees, such as housekeepers, repairmen, landscapers, etc. Helps ensures equal opportunity and affirmative action plan guidance is fulfilled.
