    Description

    Job Title: Territory Sales Manager – IONM

    The Territory Sales Manager – IONM is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Cadwell's intraoperative neuromonitoring products. The role includes coordinating and driving sales of all assigned products in conjunction with product line Sales Specialists. This position focuses on growing Cadwell's business within the sales region through account penetration and development, teamwork, and team selling activities to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Meet or exceed established sales goals for the IONM product line
    • Promote team selling activities for hospital/IDN/KOL accounts with product line Sales Specialists and other relevant teams
    • Develop territory business plans aligned with management goals for the region
    • Create territory sales forecasts using administrative tools for opportunity management (CRM)
    • Conduct product installations and provide customer in-service training
    • Attend IONM related trade shows, exhibitions, conventions, and courses approved by Cadwell
    • Submit weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts
    • Serve as a liaison between customers and Cadwell, assisting in resolving problems and maintaining excellent customer support throughout the region
    • Provide customer recommendations and requirements to staff to aid in the technical development and marketing of products and services
    • Develop an in-depth technical understanding of assigned product lines

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business sales, marketing, or a medical/scientific discipline
    • Expert level knowledge in IONM preferred; certification a plus
    • At least 2 years of professional sales experience or equivalent, preferably in medical devices or the medical/scientific research field

    Skills and Abilities:

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills to clearly communicate technical information
    • Able to accurately assess customer needs and provide consultative solutions
    • Strong ability to build long-term relationships with customers
    • Skilled in problem analysis and resolution, with sound decision making capability aligned with company goals, objectives, and values
    • Computer literacy essential
    • Working knowledge of Windows OS in a networked environment preferred

    Work Environment:

    • General office work may require some standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, finger dexterity, talking, hearing, visual acuity, and lifting up to 50 pounds
    • Valid driver's license and active vehicle insurance policy required
    • 75% travel required; must be able to obtain necessary travel documents; majority of travel will be regional but not limited to the defined territory
    • May be required to work outside normal business hours to meet business needs
