    FACILITIES ENGINEERING MANAGER

    Schedule: Monday through Friday, Dayshift

    PURPOSE

    In this role, you will be the leader of the Manufacturing Engineering and Maintenance Teams. The teams focus on providing solutions for a variety of manufacturing and equipment challenges in the aerospace industry. Solutions we provide include equipment-based project management, critical infrastructure improvements, and technical advice pertaining to industrial equipment.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Advocate for 6S and plant safety objectives
    • Manage a CAPEX budget of roughly $10M annually
    • Assist Maintenance Manager in driving improvement in key maintenance metrics
    • Assure equipment is operational and in safe working order
    • Secondary Emergency Response Coordinator
    • Oversee team management of capital projects including scope, timeline, and budget
    • Oversight of vendors and contractors for quality and adherence to company policies
    • Responsible for team adherence to company policies and procedures
    • Single point of contact for down-time issue resolution
    • Create project presentation content for executive management
    • Work directly with multiple teams to successfully achieve varied goals
    • Work closely with and favorably represent PCC with customers and suppliers
    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum B.S. in mechanical/industrial engineering or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of related work experience
    • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
    • Experience procuring or working with industrial equipment
    • Experience managing project timelines and budgets
    • Logical and analytic approach to problem solving
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of furnaces, pressure vessels, and other related foundry equipment
    • Understanding of hydraulic systems
    • Understanding of machine design concepts
    • Understanding of Robotics and Control Systems
    • PE License
    • P.M.P. Certification
    • Experience supervising engineers and technicians
    • Understanding of OSHA/ANSI/ISO/NFPA equipment and safety standards
