These positions support the diverse Mobility Surveillance and Bombers MS&B portfolio of Boeing programs including the B-1 B-52 Executive Transport platforms such as the VC-25A the E-3 AWACS domestic and international and E-4B The selected candidates will be flight test engineering program leads/subject matter experts interacting with internal and external stakeholders planning and executing test programs in their assigned portfolio providing technical expertise Test program efforts include lab ground and flight testing in both CONUS OCONUS locations BT&E is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Senior Lead level Test & Evaluation Engineers + Position Responsibilities Include: Develop document standardized test methods processes ensure repeatability productivity Interact internal apply lessons learned improvement test procedures Lead development test procedures Guide others design achieve system-level requirements Oversee debriefing train others Work under minimal direction + Basic Qualifications Required SkillsExperience Bachelor Science degree Engineering Engineering Technology Manufacturing Technology Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry non-US equivalent qualifications related work statement 5+ years leading flight tests systems engineering executing strategies managing projects promote customer service employee engagement leading cross-functional teams within engineering/test Able willing travel domestically internationally 15% time + Preferred Qualifications Desired SkillsExperience Active U.S Top Secret Security Clearance U.S Citizenship Required Ability obtain flight physical
