Job summary
We build the software and technology that powers sales of manufactured, complex products. As an Implementation Specialist you will be reporting directly to the Implementation Team Manager. You will work with project managers and business analysts to deliver CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) implementation projects.Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Professional Services team by providing excellent customer service/support and execute on project implementations
- Review, analyze, and evaluate customer business requirements and solution objectives
