    Job Summary:
    As an Accounting Director at Wan Bridge, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounting
    department, encompassing construction accounting, property accounting, and corporate accounting. This
    includes direct management of the entire Accounting Department, ensuring their productivity and
    professional development.

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance, direction, and support to the team
    members.


    • Oversee the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, ensuring
    consistency and compliance across all departments.


    • Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and
    reconciliations.


    • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data through regular review and analysis.
    • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Collaborate with our China team to streamline processes and ensure consistency across international
    operations.


    • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management and department heads, supporting
    decision-making and driving financial performance.


    • Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing changes as necessary to maintain
    competitiveness and compliance.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
    • 4 years of proven experience in accounting leadership roles.
    • In-depth knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices.
    • Strong understanding of property accounting and real estate finance.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Essential Functions:

    • Typical work schedule, Monday through Friday, and after hours as requested.
    • Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device.
    • Excellent organization, coordination, and project management skills.
    • Lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
    • Ability to walk, sit, or stand for long periods of time
