Job summary
This is a fast-paced pre/post interventional radiology department in a level 1 Trauma center.We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan.
Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care.
This is an exciting opportunity for nurses who want to work in the high-energy environment of Diagnostic Imaging,
specializing in providing care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRI's,
Nuclear Medicine scans, X-ray, and ultrasound.
Responsibilities
- Pre-procedural preparation of patients
- Post-procedural recovery and overnight observation care for IR patients
- Care for patients boarding overnight pre or post procedure
