    Position Title:
    IT Project Manager IIDepartment: PMOLocation: Addison, TX (Hybrid)Contract with right to hire after 6 months


    JOB SUMMARY:


    The Project Manager is responsible for the overall coordination and management of project-oriented work efforts including but not limited to new customer business implementations, new agent implementations, process improvement initiatives, and business system implementations.

    The position will implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and scope, while adhering to high quality standards and customer expectations.

    The Project Manager must possess advanced knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies, tools, techniques, resource management practices, budget management and tracking, and change management techniques.


    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
    Work with business leaders to identify business needs and develop those needs into project requests Assist management with project identification, requirements gathering, scope development, budget development and management, and project prioritization Manage projects from approval through completion, including implementation and stabilization Identify and manage business requirements, deliverables, resource needs, change requests, project plans, project risks, and project closure and transition Direct and monitor project work efforts on a daily basis Coordinate and lead project meetings Coordinate project communication with all project stakeholders Track project progress and distribute regular status reports to applicable stakeholders Manage and escalate functional, quality, timeline, and all other project issues Continually assess and improve project management methodology and practices Ensure all internal controls and policies are adhered to for projects and systems change management Limited travel Other duties as assigned by management


    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education/Training:
    Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience and education through certifications, PDUs or other training

    Skills and Experience:
    Minimum 3-5 years with managing muti-faceted projects Working with external customers and outside vendors Leading internal and external resources, including Business Area Management and IT Resources Familiar with Technology implementations Project management/planning software Experience with Waterfall and Agile project management methodology Advanced ability to analyze, design, and document processes Proficient in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects Highly proficient in working in a projects-based, team environment Proficient in leveraging the competencies of project team and stakeholders to enhance project results Goal driven and intrinsically motivated Proven analytical and problem solving skills Strong customer service skills Strong leadership and influencing skills Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organization and time management skills Proficient in working independently with minimal supervision Flexible and adaptable to change Comfortable working with all levels of corporate personnel#J-18808-Ljbffr
