Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Outpatient Mental Health Clinical Director to lead our team in Sugar Land, Texas.
As the Clinical Director, you will play a pivotal role in the development and oversight of our adolescent mental health treatment program.
We are looking for a highly motivated, licensed mental health professional who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of adolescents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical leadership and direction to a team of licensed therapists, counselors, and support staff.
Develop and implement a comprehensive outpatient mental health treatment program specifically tailored to meet the unique needs of adolescents.
Offer clinical supervision and support to staff, ensuring that treatment plans are evidence-based and aligned with best practices in the field of mental health.
Oversee the quality assurance and compliance efforts to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
Recruit, train, and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Participate in the assessment and treatment planning for adolescent clients, offering clinical expertise and guidance as needed.
