    A global laser manufacturer is looking to hire an Engineering Director to their growing team in Tucson. As the Engineering Director you will lead and direct the product engineering team responsible for manufacturing laser diodes.

    Responsibilities:

    Leading and directing the product engineering team consisting of Product Engineering Managers and Product Development EngineersLeading coordination of product release from pilot production phase to production.

    Increasing production through the collection of yield dataDefining product configurations to meet requirements

    Qualifications:
    Bachelors degree in Engineering or Physics8+ years of experience with laser diode manufacturingDemonstrated leadership capabilitiesStrong communication and project management skills
