Pay Range:
$94,300 - $113,200 annually

Job Summary
The Lead Cost Accountant will be responsible for internal controls and feasibility reviews and analysis.
Internal Controls functions are required by Headquarters and external auditors for compliance purposes, and feasibility reviews are required in various scenarios such decision-making.
Essential FunctionsInternal Controls
Review existing accounting and financial controls and compliance processes
Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of departments and individual employees,
Ensure the results of reviews/assessments are shared with internal (depts, management) and external (Headquarters, auditors) to aid in feedback, training and development to ensure overall compliance in place
Communicate with internal departments, Headquarters, auditors
Feasibility review and analysis
New business and projects (ex. new production locations, facilities, M&A, etc.)
New products and developments (ex. TEMPS, Linkvue, etc.)
Support various analyses (ROI, payback period, IRR, NPV, WACC, etc.)

Other Duties
Performance reviews (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
Reporting to HoD/finance management
Communication with related parties (mainly other departments) regarding responsible duties
Proposal reviews in responsible areas for HoD/finance management
Constant process review and improvement in responsible areas
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance
7 years of progressive experience in public or private accounting
5 years of experiences in Cost/Managerial Accounting
Strong financial analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of Internal Controls and U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Preferred Education and Experience Requirements
Previous experiences in logistic related operations (handling accounting for a logistics department)
Previous experience with SAP experience
