    Position Overview


    Voice Up seeks a dynamic Director of Learning Communities to build and nurture purpose-driven educational ecosystems across our network of 2,000+ cities in 100+ countries.

    Working in collaboration with our Chief Learning Officer, this commission-based role focuses on creating vibrant learning communities that foster authentic connection, purpose discovery, and holistic development.

    We offer flexible part-time to full-time options for the right candidate who embodies our core principles and has a passion for community-based education.

    Community-Building Impact

    You'll be expanding our growing learning communities:

    University Partnerships:
    Supporting students earning academic credit through purpose-driven internships across multiple campuses


    Wellbeing Communities:
    Facilitating groups centered around our student assessment platform, which has achieved 86.2% recommendation rates


    Family Reading Circles:
    Building communities around our children's books like "Miracle Has a Monster," which is already receiving orders of copies from schools


    Learning Alliances:
    Supporting implementation of formal partnerships like our MOU with Flyght Academy


    Virtual Purpose Circles:
    Coordinating online communities that connect people across geographic boundaries

    Strategic Responsibilities


    Community Development:
    Create and nurture purpose-driven learning communities in schools, universities, faith organizations, and community centers


    Facilitator Training:
    Develop and implement training programs for community facilitators and leaders


    Community Assessment:
    Design evaluation frameworks to measure community health, engagement, and impact


    Cross-Community Connection:
    Build bridges between different learning communities to share best practices and resources


    Digital Community Management:
    Establish and maintain vibrant online spaces for community interaction


    Resource Development:
    Create community-building toolkits, discussion guides, and implementation resources


    Community Expansion:
    Strategically grow learning communities across diverse settings and populations

    Commission Structure


    6% Override:
    On revenue generated through learning communities you develop



    • 10-15% Community Grant Commission: On successful community-focused grants you help secure

    • 15-30% Direct Commission: On community partnerships and sponsorships you personally establish

    5% Expansion Bonus:
    On successful replication of community models in new locations


    7% Resource Commission:
    On community resources and toolkits you develop


    Example Earnings Potential (30% Capacity Scenario):

    • 6 learning communities generating $3,000 monthly = $1,080 monthly override
    • 2 community-focused grants at $15,000 each = $3,000+ commission (annualized)
    • Direct community sponsorships = $900+ monthly
    • Community expansion implementation = $400+ monthly
    • Resource toolkit adoption = $500+ monthly

    Potential Monthly Income: $3,130+ (part-time)
