    Work Schedule: 9/80, 9 hours Mon-Thurs and half day Friday

    Office: Fully ONSITE

    Job Description:

    • Using ServiceNow ticketing system, ITSM
    • Working with users face to face and through phone support
    • Imaging computers with SCCM *** MUST HAVE
    • PC set up
    • Their environment: Windows 10 enterprise, MS Office 365, Edge, Chrome
    • MDM Mobile Device Support
    • MS Teams Support
    • Some network experience like ethernet and VPN
    • A/V (audiovisual)
    • Customer service personality
    • iOS basics
