Envision Radiology is adding a Digital Marketing Specialist to the team

This role is located in Colorado Springs, CO | Monday - Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Position Pay Range Pay Range $ $29.00. | Opportunity for additional, discretionary bonus available.

Summary/Objective

The Digital Marketing Specialist performs the day-to-day functions to support and maintain the digital marketing and branding strategies for the Company.

Essential Functions

1. Create and maintain online advertising campaigns (Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.).
2. Measure, monitor, and report results/metrics for digital ads, e-mail marketing campaigns, social media, and Google Analytics.
3. Research digital advertising trends and decide on appropriate placement of ads to maximize ROI.
4. Create and maintain e-mail marketing campaigns (Mailchimp etc.).
5. Assist creation of website landing pages with a focus on SEO (PPC, Keywords, Earned Media, On-page, Technical SEO etc.).
6. Other duties as assigned.

This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Google Analytics and e-marketing metrics collection and reporting - preferred.
• Familiarity with e-mail marketing software - preferred (Mailchimp, Constant Contact etc.).
• Minimum one years' experience creating digital advertising for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Minimum one years' experience working with Google Ads and SEO/digital marketing.
• Knowledge of email marketing, lead generation, Pay Per Click, and other digital marketing methods required - previous Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and project management tools (Trello, Wrike, Teamwork, etc.) required.
• General knowledge of HTML, WordPress, Excel, and Google Sheets required.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player.
• Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to continuously "exceed" company and customer expectation.
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor.

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field preferred or equivalent education, training, and experience.
