    Work Type: Full Time

    Shift: Shift 1/8:00:00 AM to 8:00:00 PM

    Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$ $40.86 / hour

    This ED role is a 12hr onsite role at Cape Coral Hospital with a weekend day rotation.

    Every Thursday, Friday & Saturday

    Every other Wednesday

    On a week where you are working W, TH, F & of those days is 8hrs, the other 3 days are 12hrs

    Summary

    Performs utilization management functions that assure regulatory compliance, medical necessity and appropriate level of care. Facilitates concurrent documentation in the medical record to accurately reflect care, services and resources utilized in the delivery of patient care. Successfully meets requirements for productivity and accuracy related to all utilization management processes.

    Additional Requirements

    Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN or BS in a related healthcare field, or able to obtain within the first year of hire.

    Or equivalent utilization management experience within 2 years with a focus on acute care preferred.
