- Support Digital Marketing Specialist with overseeing back-end technical data manipulation and workflow.
- Assist in the daily execution of on-channel digital campaigns, specifically with consumer-facing emails, by devising and implementing the workflows that provide strong user experience. Will advise on alternative designs and ensure legal compliance is maintained.
- Collaborate with the Strategy Analysts to translate campaign needs to operational processes and give operational updates to guide leadership.
- Code ad hoc queries and reports, assist in data validation/cleansing, and develop and oversee APIs and webhooks.
- Evaluate reporting data to provide actionable improvements for operational efficiency.
