    The **Project Controls Engineer** will be responsible for defining the roadmap and overseeing the implementation of capital investments for controls and power projects. This role involves not only managing individual project execution but also overseeing multiple projects in specific plant areas through mentorship, training, and guidance to other project leaders and team members.

    • Ensure successful delivery of project objectives related to scope, schedule, budget, and cash flow.
    • Align daily activities with the overarching project priorities.
    • Adhere to all site EHS, engineering, and electrical standards.
    • Introduce creative ideas to enhance safety, drive efficiency, reduce costs, and improve performance.
    • Take charge or participate in the initiative to upgrade outdated PLCs.
    • Work closely with operational teams and internal stakeholders to meet agreed-upon objectives.
    • Collaborate with various levels of the operational team to gather insights on project goals.
    • Develop comprehensive capital plans and budgets detailing cost and resource needs to fulfill commitments to both external and internal customers.
    • Support the business unit in the annual operating plan process.
    • Cultivate and nurture crucial **supplier/contractor** partnerships to ensure consistent and reliable project implementation.

    Requirements:

    • BS degree in Electrical or Controls Engineering.
    • Minimum of 4 years of previous controls experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership skills across all levels of the organization.
    • Familiarity with Allen Bradley Compact and Control Logic PLCs, Studio5000 programming environment, and FactoryTalk ME and SE.
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
    • Proven organizational and teamwork capabilities in a manufacturing setting.
