TEAM AND ROLE:

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are responsible for attracting and hiring top talent in the renewable fuels sector to support STX's growth ambition.
Aside from the day-to-day recruitment tasks, you are a strong business partner and strategic advisor to your stakeholders internally and externally.
This is a hybrid role sitting in Houston, Texas.#LI-Hybrid #LI-LR1KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage your deep understanding of the renewable fuels space, utilizing your industry knowledge and network to attract top talent uniquely suited to our organization's needs.
Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, reflecting our commitment to respect, transparency, and professionalism throughout the recruitment journey.Work closely with business stakeholders to comprehend their requirements fully, devising and executing strategies to attract the best local talent in the industry.
Develop, refine, and uphold high-quality recruitment processes, promoting efficiency, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.Take ownership of the complete recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and successful candidate onboarding, across a diverse array of positions within the renewable fuels sector.
KEY REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of corporate recruiting experience in the renewable fuels industry and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the renewable fuels space, including industry trends, technologies, and key players.
Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, from candidate sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.Collaborate effectively within a dynamic global team while also demonstrating the capacity to take initiative, work independently, and drive progress autonomously.
Affinity with HR processes, to support long term view on the blend of HR and TA in our sales offices.
Fluency in Spanish is required.Compensation and BenefitsSTX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications.
