    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Key Holder/Housekeeper to join our team at FFC Oak Park. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing an inviting, clean, and safe environment for all visitors while embodying FFC's core values of Friendliness, Superior Service, Integrity, Safety, and Improvement.

    Responsibilities

    • Cleanliness and Organization: Provide a clean, safe, and healthy environment for members, guests, and co-workers by ensuring all areas of the club are tidy and well-maintained.
    • Customer Service: Demonstrate a positive customer service attitude in keeping with FFC's Core Values, responding promptly to member concerns, suggestions, and requests.
    • Front Desk Coverage: Cover the front desk for breaks and serve as the go-to person for other housekeepers, handling tasks such as sorting, laundering, and folding linens and towels.
    • Maintenance and Repair: Report any safety concerns, broken equipment, or member concerns to your manager, perform routine maintenance tasks like sweeping, scrubbing, and sanitizing areas, and assist with light bulb replacements and minor repairs.
    • Waste Management: Empty wastebaskets, dust furniture, transport trash and waste to disposal, and replenish bathroom supplies as needed.
