    Construction Planner I

    • Duration: 12+ months(will extend/convert to perm) - multi-year contract
    • Hourly rate - $35 – $41.12/hr on a W2 with benefits

    Location – Sandiego CA, 92105

    Location 2 - Oceanside CA

    Description:

    • Constructs, builds, repairs, and inspects Hybrid Fiber Coax (HFC) networks for voice, video, and data delivery to residential and commercial customers.
    • Coordinates with other utilities for permits, joint trench, pole applications, and service issues.
    • Holds the position of Construction Planner I.
    • Performs field engineering for proposed projects, ensuring the most cost-effective design for construction.
    • Coordinates all customer implementation activities, including site walk-throughs, node placements, and subcontract labor.
    • Manages contractor work, obtains permits, access, or Right of Way (ROW) agreements, and distributes design prints and necessary working documents.
    • Negotiates and approves design or construction changes.
    • Researches and reviews plans, gathers necessary data, and lists material requirements for projects.
