INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR WITH HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE IN A MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT NEEDED IMMEDIATELY CALL OR TEXT MARIA AT

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department
• Evaluate systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed
• Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
• Develop maintenance procedures and schedules
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and promptly
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Forklift Training
• Performs other related duties as assigned
• Good judgment skills with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with people on all levels and from various backgrounds

This position will have the authority to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to the product, process, and quality system, including but not limited to the following

• To identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system
• To initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels
• To verify the implementation of the solution and control further processing or delivery of nonconforming products until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected.
