    Role Overview

    You will join our Sales Strategy and Operations team as a high-impact contributor, gaining exposure to a wide variety of challenges, processes, and data that make the engine of this Sales organization hum. As a Manager on the team, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to recommendations to drive impact across the sales organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Planning: Pull ongoing and ad-hoc reporting for weekly/quarterly business reviews, providing insights to inform business decisions.
    • Systems and Operations: Identify and implement improvements in current workflows and processes to improve efficiency and visibility, potentially in Salesforce.com or other tools.
    • Sales Enablement: Build programming and content to help new hires get up to speed quickly, track effectiveness metrics, and scale learnings.
    • As we're still in scrappy startup mode, you'll roll up your sleeves and drive direct impact on a daily basis, knocking out today's problems while balancing long-term needs.
    • You'll work in Salesforce and Google Sheets/Excel daily, talking frequently with stakeholders in sales, marketing, ops, product, finance, and more to troubleshoot systems issues, review insights, and build future-state processes and systems.

    Requirements

    • High-Impact Self-Starter: Take initiative to move projects forward, operate well with little guidance, and lead cross-functional workstreams with senior leadership buy-in.
    • Raw Smarts: Solve complex problems start to finish, structuring analyses to answer key business questions and driving decision-making.
    • Strong Analytical Skills: Excel skills are a must; SQL/Tableau/Looker experience a plus.
    • Process and Operational Thinking: Tackle problems independently, iterate to solutions, and document them for all audiences.
    • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Connect with sales reps and hardware engineers to build processes and workflows, driving efficiency and measuring performance.
    • Flexibility and Hustle: Manage change and ambiguity well, juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and pivot quickly.
    • 5+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or a startup.
    • Bachelors or masters from a top school preferred.
    • Previous Sales, Sales Operations, or Strategy experience is a plus.

    Pay Disclosure

    We want to attract and retain top talent, compensating employees fairly based on their individual contribution, primary work location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. The estimated starting annual base salary may vary depending on these factors. Additional compensation components include sales incentives, discretionary bonuses, and/or equity in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

    Estimated Annual Pay Range: $130,000–$210,000 USD
