If so, Rimeco Products, Inc. is the place for you. We are currently hiring a CNC Set-up Machinist for our Milling Department.

    CNC Set up Machinist Benefits:
    • Pay: $28-$35 an hour depending on experience; $5.00 premium per hour when running multiple machines.
    • Schedule: First shift 7am-5pm Monday- Friday; Saturday is optional.

    CNC Set up Machinist Qualifications:
    • At least 5 years' experience, setting-up and running CNC Mills, preferably Haas VF-2's, VF-3's, VF-4's and UMC-500's.
    • In depth experience and competent in setting-up and cutting Stainless Steel and High Nickel Alloys.
    • In depth experience setting-up and making close tolerance, complex aerospace parts.
    • Ability to set-up machines and manufacture a First Piece using a program, fixturing and tooling provided by Rimeco for New and legacy programs.
    • Must be able to get a process under control prior to handing off to a production Operator.
    • Must be able to clearly explain and instruct the Operator on how to run the different jobs.
    • Responsible for reviewing tooling requirements prior to set-up to ensure everything is available.
    • Responsible for reviewing inspection equipment requirements and making sure everything is available (external set-ups coordinated by lead man).
    • Responsible for reviewing and initiating the purchase of new and innovative set-up products.
    • Creating and documenting procedures for each process.
    • Programming, single point and CAM are preferred but not necessary.
