    As A Regional Manager You Will:

  • Lead and develop team members in accordance with the Club Car Wash standards of customer service, performance, and quality assurance
  • Uphold and enforce Club Car Wash standards, policies, and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of Area Managers and General Managers
  • Oversee the productivity and performance of multiple car wash locations
  • Continuously train, support and provide performance coaching for team members
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales, recruit/retain team members and actively engage in training for continuous improvement
  • Become well-versed in all aspects of maintenance, chemical, and operations
  • Perform multi-site management of 5-20 locations
  • Analyze budgets, profit and loss statements, and sales data to set goals, cut costs, and increase revenue
  • Ensure all locations within the region are operating within laws, regulations, and ordinances
  • Foster professional growth among General Managers and Area Managers
  • Set clear, specific, and measurable goals for the region
  • Ensure managers receive frequent communication to maintain transparency, focus, and forward progress
  • Be present and impactful at each location on a consistent basis
  • Plan and implement procedures to maximize operating efficiency
  • What We Are Looking For In You:

  • Ability to take initiative, multitask, and problem solve
  • Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions
  • Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment
  • Having a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly & courteous attitude
  • Ability to master technical and mechanical knowledge of the car wash
  • Ability to create and maintain a culture of excellence
  • Minimum Requirements:

  • 5 years of management and leadership experience (multi-site management is required)
  • Demonstrated history of training and development
  • High school diploma or GED
  • College Education prefered
