    Our 6-week summer program, school year program, and college bound program events give vulnerable middle school students a boost through academic, leadership, and college preparatory experiences.

    At Breakthrough Cincinnati, students experience "it's cool to be smart" culture that inspires them to adopt a college-going mindset and prepares them for the rigors of college.

    Alongside their also motivated peers, they learn from college-aged Teaching Fellows who really connect with them.

    Member Duties :
    Breakthrough Cincinnati (BTC) is seeking an analytical, thoughtful self-starter to join our team.

    We are revising and expanding our application and data evaluation plan to better and more fully analyze our programs' impacts on our students and families.

    We seek a partner to build capacity in our data administration and analysis, program evaluation plan, and incorporation of heightened student voice in our Advisory Council (student council of BTC).

    This role will positively impact the lives of our students, families, and staff for years to come by improving and automating our evaluation processes which will improve programs and lives.
