    Description

    Overview

    CORT Furniture Rental is looking for a full-time Warehouse Supervisor. This role involves coordinating and managing warehouse/distribution operations to contribute to the daily functions and overall success of the District and CORT. The activities will be carried out directly or through assigned team members.

    This is an onsite position at the CORT distribution center.

    Salary: $20-$22 per hour depending on experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise all warehouse employees
    • Manage inventory security and conditions
    • Oversee furniture staging, loading, and unloading
    • Ensure proper preparation of furniture for shipment
    • Supervise furniture staging for next day delivery
    • Control trucking activities for efficient furniture delivery and pickup
    • Maintain warehouse cleanliness, maintenance, and security
    • Ensure adherence to safety standards
    • Assist in preparing monthly safety reports
    • Order or replenish merchandise

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
    • 3-5 years of related warehouse experience
    • Prior management experience
    • Ability to physically move and lift furniture up to 100+ pounds with a partner
    • Reliable transportation and valid state driver's license
    • Pass background checks and drug screening
