    Afamily-owned business is seeking an Administrative Assistant who possesses a people person attitude to develop client relationships, dispatch trucks, work with drivers, answer phones and emails, entering data into computer, complete paperwork and bills of lading, and perform other office duties as needed.

    This is a first shift opportunity.

    Job Requirements

    Qualified candidates must have previous administrative assistant experience, must have excellent communication and customer service skills, must have the ability to work in a fast-paced office, must have accurate data entry skills, must have an articulate phone voice with a professional image, must be a team player, must be able to think outside the box, and must be detail-oriented.

    Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
    Experiencein the trucking industry is a plus. Client wants a candidate who is looking for a permanent career opportunity.
