- Analyze business and financial data as well as industry trends to create financial models, support organizational decision-making, and make recommendations.
- Work cross-functionally on various planning exercises, such as forecasting, budgets, profitability analysis, analysis of capital expenditures and depreciation, and reporting.
- Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue and compare and correct data to reconcile transactions.
- Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide management with insights into risks and opportunities.
- Develop automated reporting and forecasting tools for more efficient use of data.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
- Minimum three (3) years of professional experience as an accountant, auditor, or financial analyst
- Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Demonstrated proficiency in financial forecasting and trend analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to report and present complex information in terms easily understandable to others outside Finance.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong knowledge of MS 365
