area who will be responsible for the overall operational aspects of DDS licensed residential group homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities in portfolio, and other service lines as assigned.
The Director of Adult Services oversees the operation of the programs, ensuring the completion of activities related to service coordination, staffing, supervision, ISP program development and implementation, repair and maintenance, and budget management.
Our ideal candidate:
Bachelors Degree in human services, special education, psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years management experience managing in an environment that provides services to people with developmental disabilities.
Experience and/or formal training in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
