    The Product Planning group at Achronix is looking for an all-around, broadly-oriented, hands-on Sr. Manager as a team member who is highly motivated to make Achronix FPGA products the most compelling solution for customer requirements across a wide variety of disciplines, varying from AI/ML, Networking, 5G, Compute Acceleration and Storage. Achronix focuses on high-performance FPGA solutions in the form of standalone FPGAs, and embedded FPGA IP (eFPGA), manufactured on a variety of technology nodes ranging from modern to cutting-edge.
    Job Description/ResponsibilitiesPrimary Job Responsibilities

    • Thorough understanding of the FPGA market and economics of the products in various end markets and use cases
    • Build business cases, ROI analysis and competitive positioning of new product initiatives
    • Explore and define new vertical technical solutions
    • Research and innovate on existing market approaches
    • Conduct competitive and SWOT analysis and positioning of our products vs. the competition
    • Specify requirements for productization, including contributing to MRDs and approving PRDs
    • Work with engineering to help convert ideas into products
    Secondary Job Responsibilities
    • Support sales with customer-oriented case studies
    • Perform analyses and generate proposals to solve customer challenges
    • Prepare and review analyses and presentations
    • Support marketing by developing white papers, online publications and conference submissions
    Required Skills
    • Self-motivated/self-starting team player, collaboration focused
    • Thorough understanding of the FPGA market and competitors
    • Understanding of architectural and implementation aspects of FPGAs
    • Familiarity with FPGA hardware, software and device modeling methodology
    • Domain knowledge in areas such as Networking, AI/ML, Compute Acceleration, 5G, Security, Test and Measurement, FinTech and/or Computational Storage
    • The ideal candidate has expertise in one or more areas, such as high-speed SerDes, Gen5 PCIe, CXL, 400G Ethernet, high-speed memory interfaces, CPU cores, NoC, and how to interact with the FPGA core
    • Superb communication skills
    • Proven track record on innovations
    • Strong ability to independently recognize problems and a strong drive toward robust problem resolution
    Education and Experience
    • BSEE/CE/CS plus 10 years of experience, or MSEE/MSCE/CS plus 7 years of experience
