Job Description

Department:& Surgery
Shift Timings: 09:00-19:30 Hours Monday to Friday (4 Days/10 Hours)
Per Week: 40Hours

Roles Responsibilities

Preparing sterile operating rooms for surgeries.
Sterilizing equipment and instruments.
Stocking adequate supplies for surgery.
Preparing patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites.
Providing support during surgery by passing instruments and other supplies.
Tracking surgical supplies.
Staying up-to-date on surgical technology, medical terminology, and procedures.
Working well with surgeons, surgical assistant, nurses and general surgical team.
Helping provide great patient care.

Minimum Qualifications

Call: based on department needs but usually 7 call shifts per month, shared with the staff (includes weekdays, weekends and holidays)
Experience: At least 3 years of surgical tech experience with preferred experience in robotics, ENT, Neuro, Burns;
May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
