    Responsibilities

    The staff pharmacist provides pharmaceutical care to all patients including both inpatients and outpatients.

    This pharmaceutical care is comprised of both distributive and cognitive components with the ultimate goal of providing safe and effective medication use for each individual patient.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    One years experience in a hospital pharmacy and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program.

    Preferred 3 years of experience in a hospital pharmacy and/or completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency program.

    Education

    B.S. or Pharmacy Degree from a U.S. accredited School of Pharmacy.

    Licensure

    Current registration in California as a pharmacist- RG PHARMST

    Training

    Complete annual safety training. Complete and maintain department specific training. PC Computer skills preferred

    Pay Range

    $ $115.92 /hour
