    Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $110,000 to $145,000 per year.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Compile, analyze, and interpret financial data for reporting purposes
    • Prepare and review financial statements
    • Coordinate the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and accruals
    • Collaborate with internal departments to gather financial information and provide insights for decision-making
    • Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis to support strategic planning and performance evaluation
    • Support external audits by providing documentation, explanations, and resolving inquiries in a timely manner
    Qualifications and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting
    • Experience with ERP systems proficiency in MS Excel
    • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
