    Full Time Paralegal:

    Divorce Matters Law Firm is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Paralegal to join our growing legal team. Our ideal candidate for this position must have at least 3 years of Family Law experience, is comfortable in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment, has handled a significant caseload, is detailed oriented and organized, is familiar with deadlines and processes related to family law, is computer savvy, is able to work individually and as part of a team, and above all, shares our goal of delivering the best possible client services. .     Some Duties / Responsibilities Include:

    · Docketing Case Deadlines

    · Managing Attorney's Calendar

    · Setting Mediation and Hearings

    · Drafting and E-Filing Pleadings

    · Drafting Correspondence

    · Communicating with Clients, Opposing Counsel, and Court Clerks

    · Preparing, Reviewing, and Analyzing Financial Disclosures and Discovery Requests/Responses

    · Hearing Preparation

    · Ability to Effectively Communicate with Clients and Co-Workers

    · Strong Understanding of Applicable Rules and Statutes

    · Exceptional Legal Writing Skills

    · Ability to Manage Large Caseload and Multiple Attorneys

    · Strong Familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office

    · Ability to Thrive in a Paperless Environment

    · Superb Client Service Skills

    · Ability to Work Independently and as a Team

    Full-time Salaried position in Greenwood Village office. This is a full-time position. Hybrid remote after 90 days. The salary range is from $60,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses. Ability to make a significant bonuses.

    15 days of PTO and plus holidays. Employee Health insurance fully paid.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $60, $90,000.00 per year
