- Experienced in installing and supporting Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), etc.), Windows Active Directory Users and Computers, Windows and TCP/IP printing.
- Experienced in providing customer service and strong telephone etiquette with previous ServiceDesk support.
- Other certifications as necessary to provide ServiceDesk telephone support and Windows desktop in a Citrix environment.
- Prefer one or more industry certifications: MCSE, MCP or equivalent certification with five or more years of technical support experience in a ServiceDesk or enterprise application support environment.
- Knowledge of GE IDX is a plus.
