Our client is looking for an Executive Recruiter for a long term contract that must be done hybrid in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago


Responsibilities:
Team responsible for executive hiring (director+) mostly within consumer banking and payments, sometimes supports other departments


Day-to-day:
Typically responsible for 8 openings at a time

Handle the full life cycle of executive candidate experience
Sourcing
Vetting profiles
Prioritizing internal candidates and referrals
Req workflow management
Communications
Intake/strategy calls

(kickoff)
Evaluation/negotiation of complex offers
Debrief calls

(close)
Work alongside HR and compensation partners


Looking for:
3+ years full life cycle recruitment experience
2+ years executive recruitment experience

(MUST)
Expert experience with ATS

(Workday preferred)
Complex negotiation experience

(other factors outside of base salary, stock, equity, etc.)
Networking + sourcing skills
