    Louisiana Tech University Division of University Advancement is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to lead as the Senior Associate Athletic Director for Championship Resources.

    Qualifications and Requirements
    • Bachelor's Degree Required.
    • Master's degree preferred.
    • 3-5 years of successful fundraising experience in educational/athletics fundraising.
    • Experience in conducting successful personal solicitations for annual and major gifts.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit professionalism.
    • Ability to oversee multiple projects.
    • Demonstrated competence in oral and written communications.
    • Effective collaboration skills.
    • Proficiency with basic office software and ability to quickly learn function-specific software.
    • Proficiency with Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge software preferred.
    Duties and Responsibilities
    • To plan and execute the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of alumni, friends, corporations, and other sources for private support that benefits the athletic programs of Louisiana Tech University.
    • Coordinate the cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of alumni, friends, corporations, and other resources for significant support of the athletic programs of the University
    • Coordinate with the Athletic Director and Vice President for University Advancement to plan and implement strategies and events that develop affinity and support for the athletics programs for Louisiana Tech among all the constituent groups of the University
    • Provide development functions for each NCAA sport and for special programs and campaigns.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President for University Advancement
