The State of Connecticut Department of Social Services (DSS) is recruiting for a Director of Eligibility Operations position.
The successful candidate will lead the design development implementation multiple state federal programs direct staff operations division coordinate plans manage program activities formulate goals objectives interpret administer laws evaluate staff participate budget maintain contacts individuals outside division impact program activities oversee development state federal plans preparation reports ensure consistency delivery related services throughout agency monitor activities corrective action plans provide technical assistance agency offices pertinent programs lead recruitment hiring staff outreach interview selection perform related duties required
