    The Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for managing and delivering patient care using the nursing process. This position may involve floating to other units or being on call. Specific competencies for different patient populations are required, along with adherence to National Patient Safety Goals.

    Job Qualifications:
    • Current RN licensure in Oklahoma or multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) state.
    • Current BLS certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
    • Effective communication in English.
    • Completion of department-specific competencies during orientation.

    Hospice Only:
    • Current CPR certification, CHPN preferred.
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile liability insurance.

    Radiology Only:
    • Current ACLS certification required.

    Employee Health:
    • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current automobile liability insurance.

    INTEGRIS Mental Health:
    • Incumbents may be required to operate an INTEGRIS-owned or personal vehicle, hold an Oklahoma State Driver's License, and maintain an acceptable driving record.

    Emergency Department Only:
    • PALS certification within 12 months of hire.
    • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

    The Staff Registered Nurse's responsibilities include assessments, care planning, implementing interventions, evaluating outcomes, supervising personnel, and providing guidance to non-licensed staff and students.

    The Staff Registered Nurse reports to the appropriate manager, director, or vice president.

    Mental Health staff must be able to assist with patient restraint using the Behavior Management Technique System.

    This position may have additional physical demands and respiratory fit test requirements. Applicants should refer to the Physical Demands Project SharePoint site or contact Risk Management/Employee Health for details. Exposure to various risks must be managed according to standard precautions.
