We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Quality Manager to join our thriving manufacturing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality control and assurance processes, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards and that our manufacturing procedures are compliant with industry regulations.

Develop, implement, and manage the quality control and assurance strategies to ensure consistent and high-quality production outcomes.
Oversee all operational procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.

Lead a team of Quality Control Analysts and Technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.

Liaise with internal departments such as production and engineering to implement quality control and assurance policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits and inspections, prepare detailed reports, and present findings to management.

Act as the key point of contact for all quality-related inquiries and issues, ensuring swift resolution and minimal disruption to operations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest manufacturing processes, industry trends, and quality control and assurance techniques.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal manufacturing regulations, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in implementing and managing quality control and assurance systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in the use of quality control and assurance software.
Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) credentials are highly desirable.
