    Our Founders offer a combined tenure of over 40 years experience in real estate. Our compliance officer has been managing escrow companies in California for over 37 years.

    We are expanding quickly by partnering with many of the top-producing realtors who share our vision of creating the best escrow company to work with, and for.

    We are seeking experienced Escrow Professionals, which include Assistants, Escrow Officers, and Escrow Managers looking to work in an innovative and collaborative environment.

    Our Manager positions offer opportunities to be an integral part of the launch process as we expand to different regions.

    As an Escrow Manager, you will ensure the smooth and secure transfer of real estate, financial assets, or other high-value assets from one party to another.

    You will lead the office and manage the escrow process from start to finish, between buyers, sellers, lenders, and all other parties involved.

    • Build relationships with real estate agents and referral sources.
    Provide resources to existing clients to maintain relationships.
    Manage Escrow Pipeline
    • You will take an active role in managing all transactions and ensuring strict compliance with company and legal requirements.

    White-glove Service
    • Look for opportunities to 'wow' clients with fast, clear, and professional communication, going the extra mile, and always bringing a positive, 'can do' attitude.
    Leadership, Coaching & Training
    • Recruit, lead, and develop escrow officers and assistants on your team.
    Ensure strict adherence to compliance policies and procedures and ensure an excellent standard of service.
    Develop Systems and Processes
    • You'll play an active role in defining 'how we do things around here' while you build the foundational systems and processes of the business using the best practices you've learned from your years of experience.

    To Qualify:


    5+ years of experience as an Escrow Officer or Escrow ManagerThe ability to bring a book of businessStrong knowledge of escrow processes, legal requirements, and industry practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDetail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multitaskProficiency in escrow software and relevant computer applicationsProblem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsA reputation for providing outstanding service to your customersCompensationSalary: Base salary plus commission with expected total compensation above $120,000Benefits: health insurance, 401K, and ample vacation policyLocation: Greater Los Angeles area.
