- Maintain project documents
- Support Development Managers with permitting, zoning, and other related tasks
- Maintain budget and schedule
- Liaison with client and all related parties
- Travel to job site as needed (1X per week on average)
- Support Development Managers in finance-related documentation

The successful Development Associate will have the following skillset
- BA/BS required
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Understanding of real estate development
- Understanding of deal structure and lifecycle
- Ability and desire to be client-facing
