- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineering
- 5-10 years of experience in software application development
- Must have aerospace or aviation industry experience
- Proficiency in LabWindows/CVI software
- Programming skills in C, C++, or C#
- Experience with lab instrumentation (strain gages, thermocouples, RTDs, telemetry systems)
- Ability to develop GUI designs effectively
- Proficient in interpreting mechanical drawings and engineering schematics
- Develop and maintain in-house software applications following coding standards and proper documentation
- Support engineering test lab personnel with test data acquisition and analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop custom software solutions
- Embrace a wide range of software application types for new solution development
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
