    The

    Head of Marketing, North America

    will lead all marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects.

    They will develop plans to help establish the Gardena brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short-term and long-term department goals.

    Head of Marketing


    is a creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial team member that will identify and meet consumer needs, work cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs align with company objectives, and draw insight from complex marketing data and metrics.

    What are the requirements for this position?

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or related field8+ years of marketing experienceExperience in building brand awareness, recognition, and conversionAre you qualified for this position? If yes, apply NOWAre there any preferred qualifications?

    Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)

    Spearhead strategic marketing development and operational execution of marketing campaigns to introduce the Gardena brand to the US marketResponsible for the whole marketing funnel, including defining a strategic and tactical marketing planBuild a media plan to create brand awareness while managing activities at all stages of the marketing funnel, including for both online and POS marketingLead a small team and work cross-functionally with sales and product management to promote revenue growth and product visualization in the marketCreate effective marketing plans for consumers at everything from DIY stores to AmazonBuild a strong network of agencies and contractors to act and react fast in the digital worldWork with a global team to achieve company and brand goalsAbout Gardena
