Help Desk Analyst

A hybrid position requiring residence in the Indianapolis area.

• Respond to inquiries from healthcare providers, public health agencies and internal users regarding immunization records and system functionality.
• Investigate and resolve duplicate patient records and bad merges in the immunization registry using data tools and matching algorithms

Analyze data integrity issues escalate complex problems to technical teams or data stewards as needed document all support interactions accurately maintain logs provide guidance on best practices for data entry record management collaborate with IT Data Quality teams improve deduplication processes enhance system performance assist external teams enhancing Data Quality metrics test system updates generate reports on trends develop training materials
