- 8 - 10 years of experience covering all facets of sourcing, procurement, business administration, budgeting, invoicing, reporting, cost containment
- Advanced, hands on knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Management techniques and methods.
- Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Accounting, Transportation, Engineering, Construction, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Knowledgeable of Procurement related technology solutions, experience with application of new technology to improve efficiency, sourcing procurement safety, cost reduction.
- Experience negotiating new "master" agreements with vendors.
- Purchase to pay project implementation and maintenance. Specific knowledge of Microsoft D365 a plus.
- Proven knowledge in identifying cross company procurement savings opportunities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications and data visualization tools as well as EAM/ERP software strongly desired.
- Experience in transportation industry is a plus
- Demonstrated personal code of ethics and ability to work in a confidential manner
- Strong negotiation and written & oral communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, collaboration and partnering skills and the ability to work effectively on a cross-functional basis and throughout all the layers of the organization, critical.
- Proven experience and skills assisting in the management of subcontract, supplier, and vendor contracts to achieve best value, favorable lifecycles, high quality products and services in a timely manner.
- Ability and prior proven skills in developing and establishing programs, practices, standards.
- Ability to use technology solutions such as ERP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as Data visualization tools and EAM/ERP systems to manage all aspects of sourcing and procurement is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of identifying and selecting key performance metrics to monitor and guide fact based decisions highly desirable.

- Ongoing collaboration with various Keolis North America locations to identify and execute the Procurement multi-year strategy and plans.
- Development of master vendor agreements with the focus on reducing the number of suppliers through vendor consolidation and rationalization across the Keolis North America footprint.
- Ongoing collaboration with the Keolis divisions (Us Transit, US Rail and Canada) Procurement personnel in partnership with the VP of Financial Control at the KNA level
- Lead the development of procurement business policies and processes for Keolis North America in line with the Keolis strategy and objectives.
- Provide efficiencies and reduce expenses through strategic procurement sourcing and supplier management.
- Draft, negotiate and secure regional contracts and develop tools for work groups outside the platform to draft, negotiate and secure regional / local contracts.
- Support accountable contract custodians in the negotiations of the terms and conditions of their contracts.
- Adopt and implement best practice contract management tools and guidelines.
- Ensure legal involvement in all contract negotiations and reviews.
- In coordination with the M&A and the business development team, participate in the due diligence of any Procurement related subject regarding potential opportunities and conduct the necessary analysis and market research required to support decisions.
- Manages the activities, performance, development, and capabilities of the KNA-wide supplier base.
- Meet cross functionally with other department directors to help improve the KNA supply chain with an eye on supplier consolidation and rationalization
- Determine and manage specific continuous improvement activities in an effort to support supply chain efficiency.
- Mentor and develop Procurement team members and foster an environment of continuous learning to enable buy-in and support for the Keolis Way at all levels of the organization.
- Establish a collaborative work environment, implementing direct communication with key stakeholders in an effective manner
- Assure quality of work through the effective management of all material presented by the Procurement team.
