- Manage relationships with external partners, vendors and agencies to ensure the production of high-quality deliverables
- Build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to drive solutions and strategies forward
- Leverage expertise in modern MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) architecture principles for web development, providing comprehensive technical leadership and guidance to developers and creative agencies
- Offer direction and guidance to development teams on technical aspects and challenges and define standards and guardrails for operations teams to operate within
- Demonstrate a track record of technical delivery of projects using reusable templates and components within design frameworks using component-driven development approach, facilitating easy reuse of modules and templates across various projects while maintaining design consistency, reducing development time, and ensuring the flexibility needed to adapt to evolving project requirements
- Regularly conduct code reviews to ensure strict adherence to coding best practices, security standards, and coding conventions
- Nurture and coach developers, fostering their skill development and knowledge sharing to elevate the team's proficiency
- This is a hybrid role, and requires working onsite 40-60% of the time
- Prior experience working with global teams is highly preferred
- 5+ years of deep hands-on expertise in the software development using Open source preferably Drupal CMS Proficiency in Drupal 10 and, API-driven content delivery (e.g. Contentful or Sanity)
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related web technologies
- Experience integrating with third-party systems with a variety of APIs and styles
- Experience developing and implementing API service architecture
- Familiarity with MySQL, REST APIs, JSON, XML, AJAX
- Provide advice on Design and Development Solution Technical
- Design and develop enterprise software solutions using Open source Deployment of applications using Azure Kubernetes preferred

Our global client is hiring for a Hybrid Direct Hire CMS Integration Lead (MACH). This role is a technical position and is a good fit for someone with prior Drupal Dev experience who has been part of a transition to MACH Architecture. In this role, you would work with an integration partner, and agencies to ensure a smooth rollout and proper support of the global web footprint, and be hands on-conducting code reviews of the partner's work, etc.
