    Description

    The Therapist role is part of a diverse team that offers treatment services following the Discovery Clinical Model. You'll be responsible for ensuring patient safety, leading therapy groups, conducting assessments, and other case management duties.

    Responsibilities:
    • Complete clinical documentation promptly and meet quality standards
    • Establish rapport with patients and families
    • Handle a case load in RTC and OP
    • Participate in treatment team meetings
    • Conduct therapy sessions and group therapies
    • Ensure timely communication with family members
    • Provide utilization reviews to insurance companies
    • Assess patients for risk and provide clinical support
    • Initiate discharge planning upon admission
    • Collaborate with the treatment team for quality care
    • Handle crises and support milieu staff
    • Complete any other assigned tasks
    RTC Only:

    Provide on-call support and communicate with necessary personnel.
    Enter necessary information into the system.
