Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager PT in Lake George Town. As an Assistant Store Manager PT you will produce sales gains by providing customer service meet or exceed Company Objectives in all individual statistics learn to provide consistent documented appraisal of an associates sales performance provide support by giving feedback on areas of strength and opportunity while keeping in line with Company Objectives adhere to current visual guidelines proper merchandising signage and store cleanliness maintain a professional appearance consistent with Dress Code Policy protect Company assets within guidelines of LIDS Retail policies assist in preparation of store schedules that provide proper store coverage and are within the Company guidelines for wage control follow all policies accurately manage store inventory receiving transferring completing price changes conducting product counts open close stores as required following procedures per Operations P P Manual support adhere all LIDS policies procedures and guidelines participate LIDS Training Programs adhere set goals tasks regular follow up assist recruiting training store personnel on proper operations procedures encourage direct compliance established company policies adhering safekeeping inventory funds property communicate employees levels company other duties assigned High school diploma equivalent one year relative experience ability produce sales results minimizing loss strong interpersonal skills communicate verbally clear professional manner operate computer maneuver software programs lift pounds climb ladder work hands overhead standing required hours work time ability unsupervised
